- Remove DEBUG prints from c_backend.bux, hir_lower.bux, lexer.bux, parser.bux
- Remove HACK for stray } in parserParseFuncDecl (no longer needed after
  Decl refactor in 4a86009)
- Clean selfhost check/build output
