- Fixed all test suites to use isolated temp directories
- Added 5 multi-tenant tests (355 total, all green)

- Implements recvExact for reliable message framing

- SELECT supports point reads (WHERE key = 'value') and full scans
- INSERT parses simple EdgeDB-style syntax
- DELETE with WHERE clause
